The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
• Personal identifiers - name and contact details such as your phone number and email address if you have provided it, and information on education level as needed to provide the service.
• Health information that you send us in response to a health check questionnaire which you agree to complete. We also collect health information that you tell us about at meetings, consultations, phone call with us, or any information you provide to us by email or in written messages.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• So that we can get in touch with you to give you information about our services if you have requested that we respond to your query
• So that we can tailor our service offer specifically to your personal, dietary and lifestyle needs or an area of interest as agreed with you.
• So that we can bill you, send you a payment link and provide you with a receipt for your purchases.
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with a service type that we evaluate is the most relevant and appropriate for you or to respond to any query you have made, to bill and receive payments for your purchases and to contact you as needed in order to schedule or reschedule any therapeutic or advisory appointment or wellness education session with you.
We may share this information (financial) with our banking services that receive and process your payments.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@emeraldaspire.com
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
(c) Legal obligations.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in encrypted electronic data storage.
We keep your contact information, educational information and payment information for 6 years or the period you use our services (whichever is the shorter).
We will then dispose of your information by deletion of the electronic copy of the data from all of our databases on pcs, mobile devices via partition or hard drive wiping. (We do not hold printed copies).
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate.
You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
