Individual 45-Minute-or 1-Hour Sessions
Fast Path Studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy - any sessions that have not been paid for 24 hours before they start will be automatically cancelled.
When booking individual session times on the booking calendar on www.fastpathstudio.com, it is your responsibility to follow the payment link emailed to you just after you have selected your session time and to complete payment. The confirmation of your session booking plus receipt for payment is sent after your payment is made.
We kindly ask that you make the payment as soon as possible after we email you the payment link (within 24 hours) so as not to be disappointed. Otherwise the slot remains available to be booked by other students.
Changing Your Individual Session Time
You can change your individual session time on the booking calendar on www.fastpathstudio.com. This can be done up to 24 hours ahead of your session. Later than this, the time cannot be altered. No-shows are chargeable and your payment will not be refunded.
6 x 1-Hour Session Bundles
Booking 6-hour session bundles saves time and money. Buying a bundle of 6 x 1-hour sessions gives you a discount of 15% compared to buying individual 1-hour sessions. To benefit from this, go onto the booking calendar on www.fastpathstudio.com. Choose six session times to suit your availability. Just after you have selected your 6 session times, a payment link is emailed to you to enable you to complete payment. The confirmation of your session bookings plus receipt for payment is sent after your payment is made.

Changing Times of Any Sessions in Your 6 x 1-Hour Session Bundle
You can change any of your individual session times on the booking calendar on www.fastpathstudio.com.
This can be done up to 24 hours ahead of when the session is due to take place. Later than this, the time cannot be altered. No-shows are chargeable and your payment (1 hour calculated pro-rata of the 6 x 1-hour bundle cost) will not be refunded.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my tutor cancels a session that I have paid for?
This may happen on rare occasions due to illness or unforeseen events. If this happens, you will of course be able to reschedule, by choosing a new session time on the booking calendar on www.fastpathstudio.com. If you have already made the payment for the session cancelled by your tutor, no payment from you will be due.
Can I cancel a 45-minute or 1-hour individual session after I have paid for it and still get a refund?
Yes, this can be done at the latest 24 hours before the original scheduled time of the session for a full refund of the cost of the session.
What if I cancel my individual session later than 24 hours before the original scheduled time of the session?
It is not possible to offer a refund in this circumstance.
Can I cancel a 6 x 1 hour session bundle after I have paid for it and still get a refund?
Yes, this can be done at the latest 24 hours before the original scheduled time of the first session for a full refund of the cost of the bundle.
What if I cancel the bundle later than 24 hours before the original scheduled time of the first session?
As long as no sessions have been delivered, you will receive a refund of 75% of the payment you made for the 6 x 1 hour bundle. No refund is given if any or a number of sessions of the bundle have already been delivered.
